Our Promise to You

At Ohh My Glo, we want you to glow with confidence. If you don’t love your purchase, whether you’ve changed your mind or simply decided it’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit.

Defective or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or with a defect such as leaking packaging or a faulty applicator, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@ohhmyglo.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once approved, we will refund you or send you an exchange for the same product.

Change of Mind or Dislike of Product

If you change your mind or decide you don’t like the product after trying it, you are still covered by our 30-day return policy. To process a refund, you will need to return the item to us at your own cost. You must provide a valid tracking code for your return before the refund can be issued. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund promptly.

Exclusions

This policy does not apply to products purchased through unauthorised resellers or third-party vendors not approved by Ohh My Glo. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or product changes caused by improper storage.

How to Make a Claim or Return

To start the process, email info@ohhmyglo.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. If the return is due to a defect, include clear images or videos showing the problem. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending your item back.

Limitation of Liability

This policy is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Ohh My Glo is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
